Welcome to Fabulous Lost Wages, Nevada! Part Seven

Day Four:

Have I mentioned yet that the weather has been FABULOUS this whole vacation??? Well, it has, and today they are promising 80 degrees.

We have a big day scheduled, so let's get to it!

Breakfast at the West Side Deli (very good, very reasonably priced) at 8:30 am, and take the bus to Ceasars Palace.

This is one of the most impressive Resorts in Las Vegas. IT IS Huge.  IT IS Beautiful.  IT IS Expensive! (A lip balm for $22.50? You must be on crack...)

Here are some of the Pretty Pictures:
jd in front of one of the Gardens at Caesars Palace

Celine Dion's store at The Forum Shoppes

This is INDOORS...at The Forum Shoppes

Another impressive store, H & M, also at The Forum Shoppes

One Fish, in a Huge aquarium full of exotic species, at The Forum Shoppes

It was at Caesars that we took in another of the many attractions offered for free (or, reasonable, at least). This was an animatronic show called "The Fall of Atlantis".  The effects were impressive, the show itself was kinda lame. But for FREE, well worth the price.
(As much as we'd like to, we probably won't stay here next time...unless we hit MegaMillions Multiplier or something.)

We played our requisite $20.00 here, too.  No win.

Next up was The Bellagio, and their Famous Fountains:

The Bellagio Hotel Lobby

We did take videos of the Fountains, but the files are too large to post here, so please enjoy these stills, instead:

Lost our $20.00 at the Bellagio, too...but we REALLY wanna stay here next time!

Tomorrow: 9 Casinos, continued...

  1. A lost wages claim can be used in cases of accidents, disability, and other incidents in which someone missed work as a result of the actions of someone else. In order to receive compensation, the plaintiff would have to demonstrate that the defendant's actions led to the lost wages, and that the defendant should be held liable. In some cases, the parties may settle out of court, reaching an agreement for an amount which seems reasonable to both, while in other instances, it may be necessary to bring the case before a judge.
