Adventures in Deck Repair, Part 3
Ah...it's been a few days...we lost a couple due to snowy weather...but the carpenters are back and progress is being made!!!
But, it's no longer a "Deck Repair" project. The repairs have been made.. now they are customizing. Half of the deck will be covered by a flat roof...look how far the work has come along:

Geezeee, that looks like it'll be a gorgeous addition to outdoor living. Once those carpenters got going they really pounded nails. !!! Way to go. That calls for a high-five.
ReplyDeleteYeah...they worked their butts off to get it done before the next round of bad weather (which was predicted, but never materialized, and we give thanks for that) and they succeeded.
ReplyDeleteAll that's left is to put the lattice around, and a ceiling (with an overhead light) in the awning. Jerry and I will do that in a couple weeks...
